First place at the Ealing Biodiversity Awards
Sept 30 2026
We were delighted to receive first place in the Community Garden category at the Ealing Biodiversity Awards recently, along with a £100 voucher.
This award is very much deserved by our amazing gardening volunteers, who work tirelessly and have wholeheartedly taken on the challenge of creating a wonderful environment for people and wildlife.
From hedgehog homes and bug hotels to a vegetable patch, woodland walks and wildflower meadow, your hard work can be seen everywhere you look.
During the long, hot summer, they often came in at weekends and organised watering rotas to make sure the garden continued to thrive.
We are incredibly proud of what our gardening volunteers have achieved and so pleased to see your hard work recognised. This award belongs to you.
A huge thank you to all our gardening volunteers for everything you do. The garden brings so much joy to our patients, families and staff.
