Congratulations to Pat

We are delighted to share that Pat Chapman has been honoured with the League of Mercy Award in recognition of her remarkable 32 years of voluntary service to Meadow House Hospice.
We were privileged to nominate Pat for this prestigious national award and are even more delighted that she was selected.
Founded in 1899, the League of Mercy recognises people who have shown exceptional commitment to caring for others, with only a small number of medals awarded each year.
Congratulations, Pat. Your compassion, dedication and decades of voluntary service have touched countless lives, and this award is truly deserved.
