Every month we ask our patients and their relatives and friends, to tell us about the services we provide, though our Friends and Family test.

It’s a great way to tell us how well we’re doing, or how we can make improvements.

In July, we were delighted to receive 100% positive comments, and a five-star rating.

One patient said that the care they received was nothing short of impeccable when they came for help with their pain management.

Another said that Meadow House Hospice was a tranquil environment, with friendly, caring staff, and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent communications meant that everything was explained to a patient and their family in simple terms, and they were treated with respect and empathy.
