“We cannot thank you enough for the support you gave us, assisting us individually and as whole so that we were able to be there for our Dad as he battled against his cancer so courageously.  Thank you for supporting and caring for our Dad, physically, emotionally and spiritually. He felt like a King in your caring hands and felt privileged to be looked after so well, feeling safe here at Meadow House Hospice.

It was both a sad and beautiful journey that we took with our Dad to the end and you helped us take those steps together, some steps filled with smiles and laughter, some with humour, some with tears and heartache, some almost too painful to bare. Now our steps are filled with an emptiness but with great gratitude for what you did for us and Dad”.

“We were so lucky to have the chance to be cared for with such compassion by the nursing staff here. They have the fighting spirit that’s feeds all each other and really helped granddad. All the laughs and jokes are all memories made before moving on to a next adventure. Each and every one of the nurses and the staff always have a smile upon their faces and give and show it through their work. The care they have shown is incredible. They are truly incredible people, and there is nothing so big in this world that could thank them enough for the care, love and support that they show and have shown us. Thank you once again for everything”.

“My uncle …. passed away peacefully this am while prayers were being done by his bedside. I would like to thank all the nurses, doctors and support staff for all the care both my uncle and family received. I know he always talked about how well he was cared for by the staff at the Hospice. Your facility has been excellent. We appreciate the lounge and open environment as we have large family. May we love and appreciate our loved ones everyday”.

“We would like to extend our absolute heartfelt thanks for the care, compassion and support you have all shown our father over last few days. He felt very safe, secure and cared for and as a result he passed away peacefully and calmly. We will never forget what you did for him, for us, and all those you care for every day”.
